Starting 4/20 (Monday), CRJ open at normal business hours but in limited basis until 4/30.
Note, many parts suppliers and manufacturers are closed during Covid-19 period.
Please continuously send inquiries via voice mail, email and website. We will respond all inquiries daily.
For LOBBY service (drop off and pick up), we implement social distancing and disinfecting measures to keep our employees and customer safe. Please call in the morning to find out opening hour for the day. It may change without notice

CRJ is open Monday thru Thursday, closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Hours are 10am – 4pm.
During business hours, we try to answer all incoming phone calls so that we can listen and support your needs.
When lines busy, you can leave a message or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service would return your call or respond to you as soon as possible.

- Follow instructions in Shipping section of our website.
- If you do not have shipping box, you can get a free supplies from US Post Office.
- If not sure how, you can take your item to local UPS stores or mailing services.
